  1. Objective

This charter sets out the rules of conduct and responsibilities applicable to all drivers and passengers using the KlandoRide platform. KlandoRide operates legally in the Republic of Guinea and complies with all applicable laws governing carpooling and digital services. Failure to comply with this charter may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination.

  1. Drivers’ Responsibilities

Drivers must provide accurate trip information, arrive on time, comply with traffic laws, use insured and roadworthy vehicles, behave respectfully, and ensure passenger safety. Drivers are responsible for verifying passenger identity and maintaining accurate payout information.

  1. Passengers’ Responsibilities

Passengers must arrive on time, respect driver preferences, verify trip details, comply with laws, and behave respectfully. Accurate booking information is required at all times.

  1. Cancellations and Absences

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties. Private agreements between users do not override KlandoRide rules.

  1. Good Faith

All users agree to act in good faith and communicate responsibly, especially when customer support is unavailable.

  1. Prohibited Conduct

Illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, misuse of data, or abusive behavior toward users or staff is strictly prohibited.

  1. Special Driver Restrictions

Drivers subject to legal driving restrictions (e.g., DUI-related) may not use the platform while such restrictions apply.
